Account & data deletion

This page describes how to request deletion of your Provisions account and related data for the version of Provisions operated at this website (the same app name shown on the store listing).

How to request account deletion

Deletion is completed inside the app after you confirm your identity.

  1. Open Provisions on your device (Android app or web) and sign in to the account you want removed.
  2. Open the menu (main navigation) and tap Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Account screen and tap Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning, then confirm. You will be asked to re-enter your password or sign in again with Google or Apple (depending on how you created your account). This step verifies that you control the account.
  5. After confirmation, the app removes your account data as described below and signs you out. You cannot undo this from the app.

If you use someone else's deployment (for example a self-hosted instance), contact the operator who invited you if you cannot access the app or complete these steps.
